Workshop: Connecting with the Feminine & Masculine

Suitable for beginners or people with some experience, you can come alone or as a couple.

Description:
This workshop invites you to explore and integrate your feminine and masculine sides, promoting balance and healing on an individual and relational level. Through simple but powerful exercises — including movement, touch, breathing and conscious communication — we will work on accepting and connecting these two essential archetypes in all of us, regardless of gender.

Objectives:

• Reflect on your relationship with the feminine and masculine sides within you.
• Explore your relationships with people of the opposite gender and your own gender.
• Work to improve your ability to fully connect with others from a place of inner balance.
• Develop a space for discovery and authentic connection with other participants.

About the Workshop: We all have a feminine side (Yin) and a masculine side (Yang), and it is important to integrate these energies for a more balanced life. In this workshop, we will explore how gender archetypes impact us and how we can deconstruct these limitations, achieving harmony between the feminine and masculine within ourselves.
