1. Hatha Yoga + Meditation
Practice adapted for all levels.
Objective: align the chakras, promote joint mobility and conscious breathing.
Finishing with a deep meditative process, bringing physical and mental relaxation.
2. Human Connections Exercises
Dynamics based on group energy: meditation, dance, breathing, sensory games and practices that intensify presence and connection.
It provides unique moments of connection with yourself and others, creating deep bonds.
3. Sound Healing
-Therapeutic sound bath with Tibetan bowls and gongs, harmonizing body, mind and spirit.

2. Will there be nudity?

No, the space is safe and comfortable for everyone.

3. Will I be touched by strangers?

Only if you want. There are invitations for nourishing touches, like conscious hugs, but without impositions.

4. Can I participate with my boyfriend?

Yes! Come alone, with friends or as a couple.

5. What about lunch?

Option for a convivial lunch in the space, with delicious homemade food for €14, or bring your meal.
